When I’ve conducted 360 reports with past clients, it has always spawned insights that have helped the leader see how others perceive them. With this new tool from Inscape Publishing and the subsequent consultation with me, you’ll see what you’re doing well, and where you could make adjustments to be even more effective. For a limited time and for the first 10 qualified clients, I’m offering this valuable assessment absolutely free. Your “fee” is to take a brief online survey of your impressions of the instrument.
Here’s how it works:
- You tell me you want to be one of the 10 recipients of the free, personal report.
- Ask up to 20 colleagues to be raters — at least two direct reports and at least two peers, and your boss..
- Stress it’s important they complete the assessment on you within 10 days. (It will take them 15-20 minutes to complete.)
- Submit their names and emails to me so I can send them the custom link for the assessment.
- You’ll need someone (and admin) to help track who’s taken the assessment and bug those who haven’t. I’ll forward her the emails that confirm when someone has completed the assessment (their responses are confidential) so she can then bug those who haven’t.
- You respond to the assessment yourself.
- Once everyone has responded, we’ll set a time for our consultation.
- I’ll email you the report.
- We’ll discuss the results and it’s implications in our consultation.
- You’ll take the feedback online survey within 7 days of the consultation. (Note: since this is your only “payment” for this valuable service, if this isn’t completed within 7 days, you’ll be billed the $650.)
- (Optional) You’ll be wildly thrilled with this information and new strategies, and will enthusiastically recommend it to your colleagues.
Qualifying factors:
- You have at least 2 direct reports
- You have at least 2 peers
- Only one free report per organization (company, government entity or non-profit)
- You must be a leader in the organization who could influence providing this tool for other leaders.
