		<description>Nathan, I&#039;m sorry you took offense at my observation from the customer&#039;s point of view. But I think it needs to be pointed out that when any staff member does something in the public view, they need to be aware of the customer&#039;s perspective. 

And I was in the store 1.25 hours so my comments were based on more than 5 minutes of observation.</description>

First I had worked a 16 hour day, the day you had observed and as the only manager after 3pm that day I am responsible for all overrides and codes needed to process sales. Including getting locked up phones and the said sim card you were in need of. That being said if I take time to help customers and get pulled away several times in that process most customers would think that rude and bad customer service. Pulling away from cleaning and working the floor is much more appropriate. You are making and observation on less then 5 minutes of my 16 hour day. Before you comment you should know the whole story and now you do. Thank you for your comments on Jeremy I know his customer service is top tier.</description>
